Terms of Service

By accessing or using Lushstem (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Lushstem is operated by Lushstem Technologies Ltd, a company incorporated in Nigeria. These terms are governed by Nigerian law.

Lushstem is a marketplace that connects plant buyers and sellers in Nigeria. We do not sell plants directly — all transactions are between buyers and third-party vendors.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

You agree not to: impersonate another person; post false or misleading listings; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent our vendor review process.

Vendors are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Lushstem. Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality and condition of their plants, and fulfilling orders.

Lushstem reserves the right to remove any vendor or listing that violates these terms or our community standards.

Buyers are responsible for conducting due diligence before making a purchase. Read vendor reviews, communicate via WhatsApp before payment, and confirm delivery terms in advance.

Lushstem is not a party to any transaction between buyers and vendors and is not liable for any losses arising from those transactions.

Payments on Lushstem are made directly between buyers and vendors. Lushstem does not process, hold, or facilitate payment transfers.

Subscription and boost fees for vendors are processed via Paystack and governed by their separate terms. All amounts are in Nigerian Naira (₦).

The Lushstem name, logo, and design are the intellectual property of Lushstem Technologies Ltd. You may not use them without prior written permission.

By uploading content (photos, descriptions) to the Platform, you grant Lushstem a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Platform and in marketing materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Lushstem is not liable for: indirect or consequential loss; loss arising from reliance on vendor listings; delivery failures or damage to plants in transit.

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed ₦50,000 or the amount you paid to Lushstem in the previous 12 months, whichever is lower.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
